Return and Refund Policy

 

Our goal is for you to be pleased with both our products and services.

Please note that there is no refund on a service rendered whatsoever. We do our best to make our customers happy and satisfied.

 

But regarding the products, if for some reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a way to resolve the issue and find a solution for you. You must email us at estellehboutique@gmail.com for return authorization. We have 10days return policy with some exceptions.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

There is absolutely no return on wigs, hair extensions and some other products.

All return shipping fee will be the customer responsibility and also the refund amount will be the purchase amount less the shipping fee if there is any initially.

Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent, unused and undamaged. It must be also in resell-able condition in the original packaging.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
