Domestic Delivery:

We ship to all US states and territories. Orders will mostly ship out the next business day of ordering. Orders placed on the weekends (Saturdays, Sundays), or holidays will ship out on the following business day. All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping (2 to 5 business day for delivery) unless selected otherwise.

Local Pickup:

If you are local and would like to pick up your order at our store, simply select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order. 

We also offer UBER DIRECT delivery usually within 2 hours of the purchase.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-days return policy except for Wigs, Hair care products.  All returns are subject to a $7.99 return fee deducted from your purchase amount less the shipping fee if there is any. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent, unused and undamaged. It must be also in resell-able condition in the original packaging. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to initiate the return process.

If you are returning an item that was picked up locally, please bring the item and your order confirmation email to our store to initiate the return process.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping for all orders. Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. International orders may take up to 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
